These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Lakayou (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We strive for absolute precision in our digital storefront:

• Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Shipping Fees: We maintain a transparent $6.99 Flat Rate shipping fee for all orders, which will be clearly added to your total at checkout.
• Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Correction of Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In such cases, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.

3. BILLING & PAYMENT SECURITY

Your security is our priority. We provide a secure, encrypted checkout environment for all transactions.

• Authorization: By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected. You authorize Lakayou to charge the total amount of your order—including the $6.99 shipping fee and applicable taxes—to your chosen provider.
• Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

By placing an order with Lakayou, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping logistics:

• Processing/Handling: All orders are subject to a 1–2 business day handling period (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Territory: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not facilitate international shipping at this time to ensure the highest level of service for our domestic customers.

5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Because we initiate fulfillment quickly, the windows for changes are limited:

• Cancellations: You may request a formal cancellation for a full refund within 12 hours of order placement.
• Modifications: Changes to the shipping address or product variants must also be requested within this 12-hour window. Once an order has entered the “Shipped” status, it can no longer be modified. You must instead follow our return process after the package is delivered.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products with a customer-first return policy:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• No-Cost Returns: Lakayou offers 100% Free Returns. We provide a prepaid shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
• Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. All funds will be returned to your original payment method.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and all content—including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”)—are owned or controlled by Lakayou and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States.

In no case shall Lakayou, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your specific order.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
