  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE & TERRITORIES

We are pleased to offer professional shipping services exclusively within the United States. Our logistics network covers:

  • The Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Military Addresses: We support our service members by shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, provided the carrier can facilitate delivery to the specific location.

Important Note: At this time, Lakayou does not offer international shipping. We focus entirely on providing the best domestic service possible.

  1. LOGISTICS PARTNERS & CARRIERS

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery, Lakayou partners with the most reputable carriers in the industry. Depending on your specific location and the size of your order, we utilize:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail).
  • UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select).
  • FedEx (Ground Economy, Home Delivery).
  • DHL eCommerce (Often used for final-mile delivery via local postal services).
  1. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMELINES

We pride ourselves on a predictable fulfillment cycle. Please refer to the timeline below to estimate when your package will arrive:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This period includes credit verification, quality inspection, and professional packaging.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days. This is the duration from the moment the package leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS & TRANSPARENCY

In compliance with GMC transparency standards, we ensure there are no hidden fees or surprise surcharges at the end of your transaction.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat-rate fee of $6.99 applies to all orders nationwide.
  • Total Price: The final cost, including the $6.99 shipping fee, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your payment.

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Transparency doesn’t end at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • The designated carrier name.
  • Your unique Tracking Number.
  • A direct link to monitor your package’s journey.

Note: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to populate the initial tracking data.

  1. DELIVERY ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email support@lakayou.com immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order enters the fulfillment stage.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to Lakayou due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipment costs.
  1. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

Lakayou takes full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lakayou.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Lost in Transit: If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will initiate a claim and offer you a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Missing (Marked as Delivered): If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it remains missing, please contact our support team.

While we adhere strictly to our handling times, please be aware that transit times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or carrier-specific delays. We appreciate your patience during these rare occurrences.
