1.1 How can I place an order with Lakayou? Ordering is simple and secure. Browse our collections, select the items you love, and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click the cart icon and proceed to our encrypted checkout page. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your unique Order Number from support@lakayou.com.
1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? To maintain our commitment to fast shipping, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact our support team at support@lakayou.com within 12 hours of placement. Please note that once an order has entered the “Fulfillment” stage or has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to stop or modify it. In such cases, you may follow our 30-day Return Policy to receive a full refund after the package arrives.
1.3 Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase? No, we offer a “Guest Checkout” option for a quick and easy experience. However, creating a Lakayou account allows you to track your packages in real-time, view your complete order history, and receive exclusive updates on new arrivals.

2.2 Where does Lakayou ship to? Currently, we ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of delivery reliability within the domestic United States.
2.3 How can I monitor my shipment? As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a Tracking Number. You can use this number on the official websites of USPS, UPS, or FedEx to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
3.1 What is the Lakayou return window? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your package was delivered.
3.2 Are there any fees for returning an item? No. To ensure a risk-free experience, Lakayou offers 100% FREE returns. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
3.3 How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear in your account within 5 business days.
