- The 30-Day Guarantee: You have a full 30-day window from the confirmed date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all manufacturer tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or confirmation email from support@lakayou.com is required to verify your transaction.
- Final Inspection: Lakayou reserves the right to refuse or provide a partial refund for items that show clear signs of wear, damage, or misuse not caused by our shipping or manufacturing.
- OUR “ZERO-COST” RETURN PROMISE
We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for a product you don’t love. Unlike many retailers, Lakayou covers all costs associated with domestic returns:
- No Return Shipping Fees: We provide a prepaid shipping label for every authorized return. You will never have to pay out-of-pocket to send an item back to us.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge “handling” or “restocking” fees. Your return is processed free of charge.
- 100% Refund: You will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, including any taxes paid at checkout.
- HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN
We’ve simplified the return journey into three easy steps:

- Receive Your Prepaid Label: Once your request is reviewed (usually within 24 hours), we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed packing instructions.
- Ship the Item: Simply print the label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx as specified on the label).
- INSPECTION, APPROVAL & REFUND TIMELINE
- Verification: Once your return package arrives at our facility located at 1032 War Hill Park Rd, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
- Notification: You will receive an automated email notifying you whether your return has been approved for a refund.
- Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are triggered immediately to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing: While we issue the refund instantly, most financial institutions require approximately 5 business days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
- FREE EXCHANGES
If you simply need a different size, color, or a replacement for a similar item, we offer Free Exchanges. Contact us to check inventory availability. We will provide a free return label for the original item and ship your new selection at no additional shipping cost.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Quality is our priority, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@lakayou.com within 7 days.
- In these cases, we will provide an immediate replacement or a full refund, and we will prioritize your request to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Pre-Fulfillment: You may cancel your order for a 100% refund if the request is made within 12 hours of placement.
- Post-Fulfillment: If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot stop the delivery. Please wait for the package to arrive and then follow the standard return process outlined above.
